How to Attract Top Talent in a Post-Pandemic World

Flexible schedules are the future. If you want to attract top talent, then you need to offer them flexible work schedules. Many people are already working from home or following a hybrid model. Take it a step further, and let people make their own schedules.

They should only need to be available for team meetings here and there, while they have the flexibility to do their work when they want, and how they want. Base your measurements of their success on the outcomes they produce, rather than which hours they work throughout the day.

This flexibility is a tremendous lifestyle improvement for most people. They will be able to take care of personal errands, be mindful of their health and wellness, and use their time in a way that fits best with their current needs. Top talent appreciates this flexibility and will seek out those companies that are amenable with this already growing trend.

If you have a startup business, then you need every edge available to compete against international corporations. You may not be able to offer the same salaries. But you can offer flexibility in a way that will attract top talent to your company.
