Hire seasonal workers for the summer. If you’re anticipating a busy summer season, then you need to hire seasonal help. Try to fill positions that don’t require a lot of training, and give promotions to the best workers. You may even find that some of the better people are worth keeping after the summer is over. Just make sure that you plan out the training process in advance, to get people up and running as quickly as possible.
