Trouble motivating Zoomers & Millennials to work for you?

As you probably know, we’re in the middle of The Great Resignation. There were a lot of bad outcomes from the mandated response to COVID-19. Arguably, one good outcome was that people had time to reshuffle their priorities. Many took a chance on entrepreneurship. Others quit their jobs without a plan. In both cases, a common driver was that people came to terms with their mortality and realized that time is limited. Instead of working jobs just to pay the bills, they decided to find work, or start businesses that gave them a sense of purpose. This is particularly true among young people.

If you’re having trouble finding qualified workers for your business, you’re not alone. One place you can look is among Millennials and Zoomers who are entering the work force. But how do you attract them to your company, when some multinational corporation might be able to pay them more and give them better benefits?

Executive coach, Larry Sharpe has an actual strategy you can use to attract and retain young Zoomers and even Millennials to your company. And, he’ll show you how to keep them motivated, all in under 5 minutes. Don’t believe me? Watch the video and see for yourself.

How to Attract GenZ and Millennials to Your Business

Larry Sharpe is an executive trainer, political activist, and entrepreneur. I met him when he ran for Governor of New York as a third-party candidate. He didn’t win, but he got over 5 times more votes than his third-party predecessor. I believe a big part of this was Larry’s leadership style and his ability to motivate (often young) volunteers to do more. Larry is now my leadership coach. As a natural introvert with an engineer’s brain (I’m an INTJ on the Myers-Briggs scale), I can come across as cold and bossy, even when that’s not my intent. Larry helped me to develop my emotional intelligence, and I believe I’m a much better leader today than I was just a few years ago.

It doesn’t matter what your political leanings happen to be. Larry’s a great guy and he’s a master at developing people into great team leaders. Check out Larry Sharpe’s video and see if his simple yet effective tips will help you to attract the right talent to your organization.
